Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: 20 November 2025

We are committed to ensuring that our website and educational services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. Our goal is to meet accepted international standards and provide a user-friendly, inclusive online experience.

Measures taken to support accessibility

  • We aim to ensure that all pages on our site use clean semantic markup, well-structured headings, alt text on images, and keyboard-navigable menus.

  • We use high contrast colour palettes, readable fonts (serif headings, sans-serif body text), and flexible layout elements to support readability and usability on various devices.

  • We regularly review and test our design with different assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard only navigation) and across major browsers and platforms.

  • We follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.

  • We train our staff to ensure that new content published (including PDF documents, videos and other media) is designed for accessibility.

Technical specifications

Our site is built on Wix and we aim to support:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)

  • Keyboard navigation (without a mouse)

  • Mobile and tablet devices
We strive for compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

Assessment methods

We periodically test our website using automated testing tools (such as WAVE, Lighthouse or Axe) and manual testing by users with disabilities. Our goal is to review and update our accessibility practices annually.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts, some non-accessible content may still exist, such as third-party embedded content or legacy PDF files. We are working to fix these and in the interim can offer alternative formats on request.
